This is a gold bracelet from the Victorian era in Britain, dating to around AD 1859. The bracelet is crafted using the pavé technique, where diamond-shaped and isosceles triangular gold plates are intricately assembled. The surface of the triangular plates is engraved with elegant, continuous floral motifs, while seven diamond-shaped plates are each set with a garnet of deep red hue. One of the diamond-shaped plates is stamped on the reverse with the maker’s mark, and another triangular plate bears the number “144” engraved on its surface.
