The button has a circular design, decorated with small diamond-shaped gold granules arranged around its perimeter. At the centre is a crown symbolising the Italian royal family, positioned at the top. In the middle is a blue enamel monogram, “MII,” bordered with gold, representing noble insignia. Surrounding this centrepiece is a laurel wreath adorned with white and light green accents.
